We may moderate, remove or restrict content and account activity where reasonably necessary to maintain user safety, platform integrity and community standards.

8. User Content

You may be able to submit profile information, messages, comments, images, reactions or other content through the platform ("User Content").

You retain responsibility for your User Content. By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

  • you have the right to submit it;
  • it does not infringe the rights of another person;
  • it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and moderate your User Content solely as necessary to operate, improve and promote the platform and its community features.

You may remove User Content where the platform provides that functionality. Copies may remain for a limited period in backups, moderation records or where retention is required for security or legal reasons.

9. Intellectual Property

CrownAndWhiistle.com, including its name, branding, graphics, layout, software, text, digital items, sounds, designs and platform features, is owned by us or used under licence and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Following termination, access to account features, virtual Tokens, digital items and community functionality may end.

12. Disclaimer

CrownAndWhiistle.com is provided for entertainment and social engagement. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • every feature will remain available permanently;
  • user-generated content will always be accurate or appropriate;
  • the platform will meet every individual preference.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
